High Season:  Xmas and new Year, Easter break(2 weeks), April, May, June, July, August, September.

Low Season:  January, February, March, October,November, December, (excl the above)

For rates for longer stays if you are between houses or moving with work please enquire . For shorter stays please enquire, as a rule there is a minimum of a 2 night stay.

TERMS

50% with booking, the balance payable 4 weeks before let commences. Please note Let is not confirmed until all monies are paid.

If booking date is within 4 weeks of let all money is payable in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, monies will only be refunded if we are able to re let the property .
